We began as a two-person studio crafting samples for couture clients. As requests grew, we refined batch workflows that preserve manual stitch decisions while introducing checkpoints for speed. That evolution led to a hybrid practice: where each panel is still inspected by hand, but scheduling, materials procurement, and colour matching are coordinated to reduce idle time.
